At Cook & Sons Workshop, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the customized nature of personalized products, special return and exchange policies apply. Please review the guidelines below:
Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these products once your order is confirmed.
We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. If your personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To process your claim:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos of the product and packaging.
Upon review, we will confirm next steps for a replacement or refund.
Once your order is submitted, we begin production immediately to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellations or changes to personalized items are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order includes non-personalized items, these products may be eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy.
