• Large Priority Shipping: Available for orders weighing between 5lb and 10lb.
• Priority Shipping: Available for orders weighing 0lb to 5lb.
• Standard Shipping: Free for all orders regardless of weight.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within the continental United States.

Return Policy for Personalized Products

At Cook & Sons Workshop, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the customized nature of personalized products, special return and exchange policies apply. Please review the guidelines below:

Personalized Products Are Final Sale

Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these products once your order is confirmed.

Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. If your personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To process your claim:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos of the product and packaging.
• Upon review, we will confirm next steps for a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Once your order is submitted, we begin production immediately to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellations or changes to personalized items are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Non-Personalized Items

If your order includes non-personalized items, these products may be eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy.

If you are having any issues with the personalization feature, like not seeing the correct font, image, text etc. Please reach out to us if you have any concern. This does not have an effect of the actual product you will receive. We can send a photo before shipping.
